The Balance
I was working on making sure that the bookkeeper that I hired had a good balance with in their working career. I felt that the one I hired to help me out needed to have a proper balance of experience, and knowledge. I know that not everyone can have the many years of experience, but as long as they know their information and is professional enough, they are worth given the chance. I found that as long as they were part of the BAS Agents around, I would not only get a hard working, but one that knew the information needed.
