A Flagstaff Restaurant for Summer
Summer in Flagstaff, Arizona is a beautiful thing, and is best enjoyed outdoors — preferably with a beverage in hand. When the weather gets nice, and it’s time for a meal or a cocktail, I always seek out a Flagstaff restaurant with a patio. I wish there were more of them, but there are some good choices. I’ll mention one of my favorites to get you started. Altitudes is just south of the railroad tracks downtown. Their sunny, comfortable patio is perfectly positioned for great train spotting, and the people-watching is pretty good, too. Be sure to ask about train shots, and try the nachos. Oh, and you may want to arrive early, as the patio fills up fast.
