Have A Purpose
Im going to crush it and give it everthing that I have got today. This is the attitude you need when you are going into the gym. I know that it is easier said then done. If you are training to build muscle, burn fat, increase sports performance, or whatever reasons, you need to have purpose. Doing anything without purpose is meaningless. You need to get it into your head that you are going to do it. If you are going to burn fat belly make sure that you know you are going to do it. This will solidify the fact.
