It seems these days just about everyone is looking for signs that the real estate market is on the mend but you not have to look any farther the statistics that show the level of consumer confidence. As consumer confidence shrinks many retailers see a decrease in their sales. This also translates into a decline in home buying as well. If nobody wants to buy then sellers will be reluctant to put their home on the market. This is enough to depress just about any real estate area and until confidence rises again everyone will start o feel the pinch.
