Repairing a Flushometer Valve
As any homeowner knows, constant repairs are just part of the job. One of the most frequent areas that needs repair is the bathroom. Because of constant use, the flushometer valve will break constantly. This is the rubber valve that keeps water flowing in and out of the bowl of the toilet. Possible problems can arise when the chain breaks, the toilet clogs, or the rubber cracks. You can attempt to fix this by juggling the handle, which may loosen up the chain links.
