Several years ago our company has some serious issues that at the time might be big enough to put us out of business. It wasn’t financial it was operational. It seems that all of our staff loves to throw a great party but nobody wants to clean up afterwards. It was serious because we usually had hundreds of dirty plates after an event that no one wanted to wash. Our solution was to find the best catering dishwasher available. Now our staff can concentrate on making our food and events special and not worry about cleaning dishes 2 o’clock in the morning.
