My brother works for a pressure washing Nashville company that pays him really well. I think that he gets an hourly rate and then also makes commission on each job that he does. I know that he is one of the best workers that they have since he is always getting bonuses. The owner of the pressure washing Nashville company checks every job when it is completed and if for some reason one of his guys skimps on a job or messes something up, then that guy has to pay for the time that someone else has to go back and fix it. I have heard from my sister in law that my brother has never had to pay to have anyone go back to a job that he has done.
