Other VA Loans
When I went to the bank to talk about getting a VA loan, I didn’t realize that there were a couple different options available to me. I was looking for something that would lower my monthly payments and possibly knock off some of the interest that had been tacked on through the years. What I found out was that there were two loans I qualified for; the VA streamline refinance loan and the VA Cash-Out Refinance which would give me cash back to make improvements on my home or even make it more energy efficient. I wasn’t expecting to be given an option of loans.
