The Basics of Golf Swing Training

To get more out of your practice time and maximize your golf swing training results, you’ve got to make sure that you’re concentrating on the three major areas of training.

First, the obvious part that comes to mind for everyone is the actual golf swing and everything mechanical that relates to it.

Second, is your physical conditioning and flexibility that allows your body to be able to properly execute the golf swing and to maintain a level of performance throughout your round.

Third, and many times overlooked, is your mindset training.  Golf, like most sports, has a high mental component that needs to constantly be worked on as well.
